As part of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) roll out, JC Bordelet has implemented a management policy for any personal data it may collect and process while users are using its services, in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR (hereinafter the ‘Personal Data Management Policy’).

JC Bordelet may collect and process your personal data, namely when you browse the website, download a catalogue, request a quote or contact us directly.

  • Dispute the processing of your personal data when the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interests, for reasons pertaining to your individual situation.

Complaints

In order to guard against any fraudulent use of your identity, all requests to view, correct or erase your personal data must be properly addressed, signed and accompanied by ID bearing your signature. We will process your request as quickly as possible and within the time frames set by the applicable regulatory and legal provisions.
Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with CNIL (the French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties), the French body overseeing questions of personal data protection, if you deem that we have not fulfilled our legal and regulatory obligations in terms of protecting your personal data.
